I don't think I remember eating "meals" everyday. I'm trying to think of ways I can eat healthier..... while I know I don't overeat, I think there are key things that are missing in my diet (like fruits and vegetables)... I should record what I eat on a regular day.....
What I ate yesterday: (nothing more, nothing less)
vanilla popsicle
4 chicken nuggets
chocolate icecream cone
turkey sandwich
crunch and munch (this is the caramel popcorn)
nachos and cheese
I wouldn't think this was a "regular" day though, because I went to the movies yesterday to see Talladega Nights and they had a $1 sale on nachos and cheese.... but other than that, this pretty much sums up what I eat. I don't like to cook. I never cook. I don't own any pots or pans.... nor any plates, spoons, forks, bowls, etc.... I really hate spending time in the kitchen, and I hate anything that causes mess in the kitchen (like cooking). I need some sort of "healthy" eating plan that I would not have to use the kitchen. I like eating sandwiches. I like eating chocolate. I need to load up my vegetables on a sandwich, and dip lots of fruits in chocolate. I love all kinds of vegetables, but I'm really picky about the fruits that I like. I'm not really a "fruity" person.. lol.. hah hah.. yeah.. I mean, I like fresh apples, pears, and plums. I don't like oranges, grapes, pineapple, strawberry, peaches, lemons, limes, and lots of other fruits. I do like bananas sometimes, but they spoil faster than I can eat them. Bananas are good mixed in banana pudding or banana nut bread.... mmmm....
so... I guess I'll eat more apples and plums... and buy lettuce, tomatoe, bean sprouts, cucumber, avocados, and anything else I can think of to put on a sandwich.
