How nice of Charlotte to be your alarm clock... I'm glad you were able to take advantage of the situation, though and score vital Target time. Early mornings there seem most manageable, even if I do spend the whole time blinking and staring and muttering, "Who are these people who get up so EARLY?"

Good job on the b-day present, too. I'm sure your cousin will appreciate it, especially when the 1 year old opens the inevitable Ultra Loud Piano of Doom, now with Extra Amplifiers!

Do they have a snooze button? Or is smacking them to quiet them for nine minutes frowned upon?

Yeah, they don't really try to wake us up, they just get up and start doing stuff. So painful experience has shown that it is really in our best interest to get up when they do. Some amusing stories have resulted from "snoozing" through the alarm.
