Queen of the Fad diets

so this months diet is Dr. Oz You on a Diet...and i have to admit out of all of them it makes sense and it works. so the number on the scale has been slowly going down, but the belly fat has been going down significantly. the flub that hangs over the jeans no more. so this is life at the moment and its not all that bad..trader joes is my saviour. so no sugar, no hydrogenated oils, no enriched flour, no high fructose corn syrup.

the best part more friggin energy and at first i just thought i was on a manic upswing, but nope those usually only last a few days and this has been for at least a couple of weeks.

woohoo!
