we decided today to get rid of a few of our video games and pretty much all of our dvds except what we deemed classics.
We now have a $300 credit at EB Games, which is cool since Devin's birthday is coming up and he's getting one gift from me this year. He really wanted a Nintendo DS and Pokemon Trip-something or other. So that's it. Nothing else. Which leaves a 150 or so for other games and such which isn't bad I guess.
Got 50 from Mad Platter for a huge stack of collectors dvds...bastards!! but I know wherehouse wouldn't give me much for them anyway.
John took the large tub filled to the brim with dvds but the guy only took 20 of them because he didn't have the cash in the register to buy them all. 75 bucks though not bad.
that got rid of three pretty good size boxes in the garage. I still have to post up the clothes, although I'm tempted to just sell it off to students.
hopefully we'll be able to clean up the garage enough that John can organize stuff and finally get it the way he wants it.
the question now is to go out and do my run for the day...or just pop in a workout dvd...hmmm.
