Feeling loose

I just had my earlier-than-usual chiropractic checkup. Everytime she cracks my neck like that I think I'm going to be paralized from the neck down but I end up feeling more relaxed than when I came in. It makes me want to re-start my acupuncture treatments again.

One more 8-hour work day between me and weekend-o-fun!
