♥♥♥♥♥ Riffael Raffit (In the city) Basically the only person that Cain even cares about who is currently in the city. He relies on him for everything from advice to investigation to personal matters. Riff is the only person he trusts and will trust without a lot of work
♥♥♥♥♥ Merryweather Hargreaves .(Not in the city) Cain's adopted sister who he is horribly overprotective over and would prefer never come to the city. She's safer at home in England
♥♥♥♥ Neil Hargreaves. (Not in the city) Cain's uncle and guardian, he's the closest thing to a father Cain has had in his life.
♥♥♥ Oscar Gabriel (Not in the city) A trusted friend who he leaves Merry in the care of. Oscar has been by his side for over a year and has worked his way into a position of trust in that time.
♥♥ Dominic Crehador. (Not in the city) A friend/associate who is a medium/con man that assisted Cain several times in the latter half of the manga. He trusts him to a degree although not to the degree of others.
♠✗ Jezebel Disraeli. (Not in the city) His older half brother who worked as a doctor and death dealer for Delilah. They honestly have a lot in common having suffered some of the same treatment at the hands of their father although Jezebel was somewhat less lucky than Cain. They didn't have a good relationship through much of manga with the repeated attempts at murder but towards the end Cain softened towards him.
♠✗ Alexis Hargreaves. (Not in the city) Cain spent the majority of the manga hating his father but at the very end he also softened towards him due to the last words his father spoke to him. However, if Alexis came to the city, it would take a lot of work for Cain to trust him.
✗✗✗✗ Augusta Hargreaves (Not in the city) Cain's biological mother who is batshit crazy and orchestrated everything even though she was dead. Yeah, she's a crazy bitch who has this obsession with setting her brother and son against each other.
