woah, just got back from two weeks vacay and gained like 8lbs. detox.

must liquify my diet to lose those pounds fast. want to make it a priority to excersise everyday and eat healthy. i went to trader joes today and got all fruits and vegetables. i am going to make tons of fresh fruit smoothise with nonfat yogurt and salads and soups. for the time being i want to try to limit my breads, starches and meats until i feel better. i can definately feel the weight gain and i just feel altogether icky. my main goal is to feel healthier and to get back on track with the excersise and healthy diet.
