Meme A Day - Entertainment Edition!
I'm taking a leaf out of mattg's tree and throwing a few of these into one post. I had a busy weekend that included happy hour, jogging, gym, salsa dancing, baby shower, movies in bed and a really good massage. I was too busy having fun to check LJ!
Day 02 → Your favorite movie -
Casablanca. This was a tough one to nail down just one. It's such a classic though. I watched it again yesterday.
Day 03 → Your favorite television program -
Right now, I'd have to say Damages. I haven't actually watched it on TV, I got the DVD and tore through the first season in about 3 days. 3rd starts tonight on FX but second season just released last week and I haven't seen it yet.
Day 04 → Your favorite book -
Paul Coelho - The Alchemist... Very inspiring, spiritual, life-changing. The author is on facebook now, and posts something thought-provoking every day. Love him!
Speaking of movies, I'm lovin' the Red Box across the street from my house! I finally watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button yesterday. It made me bawl like a little girl. The whole premise of timing and relationships was pretty much guaranteed to do that, but it was really well done. Finally got The Hangover too. I've heard mixed reviews, but I have to say I'm definitely in the Loved It! camp. Hilarious. And Bradley Cooper is hot. Friday night my buddy Jon came over and we watched I Love You Man. Bomb. There were like two funny bits and the rest was just stupid.
