Lately I've been playing Persona 3 obsessively.  The game is constantly steering you towards het, of course, but that is not how a fangirl's mind works.  Silly Atlus.

Title: What Shadows Know

Summary: Akihiko/Minato(mainchar).  If things went a bit differently in Shirakawa Hotel on the night of the full moon...

That was made of awesome. XD I'm new to the P3 fandom, and I've found an easy addiction for Minato/Akihiko. Yum... I annoy the hell out of my little brother while I play the game because I'm constantly running in circles around Aki, cooing at him, and propositioning him. ;)

This oneshot came out how I wished my own had. I have a 20 page (so far) oneshot written for AkiMina, but I'm in a rut because I hate how I portrayed the main. *sigh*

But that is irrelevant! Again, I loved this. Any chance for a continuation??

Heh heh, your poor brother. But I admit, I did that too.

Nooo, post yours! 20 pages, that's epic! *__* The pairing needs more love! You can obsess of your characterisation of the main, but technically, his character is something of a blank slate, right? Heh, you would think it makes it easier, but it doesn't.

Not much chance of a continuation, though, sorry. :( I always intend to do sequels and follow ups, but they never seem to happen.

Your fic actually inspired me to go back and modify the main a bit, and I'm slightly happier with how he is at the moment. No longer in a rut, but I have to continue in my (4th) playthrough of the game so I can take notes of areas I need to explore. I'm working off a premise of what New Game+ could really mean for Minato, and I'm currently only up to October in my retelling.

But I'm getting there!

Minato becomes all the more dangerous for characterization, though, because of his blankness. It means no one will agree with any kind of personality given to him, since everyone sees him just a smidgen differently. Mine internally monologues too much. :P Yours, though, was perfect in my book. I wish I could manage something that really felt like a piece of gameplay... *sigh*

4th playthrough! Colour me impressed! :O

True, everyone sees him just a smidgen differently, but since there's no real set canon for him, I think people are more open to his characterisation, so long as you can defend your choices. Heh, and I think mine only held up because it was such a short piece - would have become shaky if it was an epic 29 pages! (9 more pages so fast!) Good luck with it, and let me know if/when you post it! *__*

Yeah, the first was my brother's, the second my own, the third an attempt to get Orpheus Telos (fucking stupid...) and the last was so I could fill in the blanks in my story. ;) Dedication FTW!
