Wow I didn't expect reply on this day!(surprised) Sorry for late reply as I was scrolling over all your giftfics for the whole day XD.
Believing in your words and myself, I will wait the arrival of that day. (Fighting Mode on) Checking on Tetsujin-28 for certain 0w0.
Drop that Mainlander part off if it doesn't bother you.
Well, if you enjoy visiting something about religious, temples, then Lantau Island will be a good place. The Polin Monastery and Tian Tan Buddha are placed on that Island. And don't miss out the Heart Sutra Wood Inscription. In addition, the most important also, just make sure you don't take Ngong Ping 360 (I would call it 'crappy cable car') as it may ruin your day if it is out of order.
As you must have heard of Ocean Park and Disneyland(This one is smaller than the most of the others in the world of course), I am not going that further.
For me, I would say Hong Kong Global Geopark is a nice place because natural sceneries are my favourite. Tuff there is just amazing.
May I know what kind of places in HK have you been to? -w-
I feel anxious to my not so frequently used English and vocabulary insufficiency. Hope my words are not hard to understand Orz.
Thank you for the tips! I will definitely check those out.
I'll make a proper Hong Kong travel post eventually, but so far I've been to Hong Kong Disneyland (it might be smaller but I assure you it's much better than EuroDisney!) as well as Central (got very lost, but found Cat street and a few other markets which were interesting just to window shop), and Avenue of the Stars, which had such a great view (plus it was fun looking for the squares of what HK movie stars I recognised). Tried to head to Victoria's Peak too but got intimidated by the massive wait for the Peak Tram, so going to look into alternative methods of getting up there.
You're perfectly understandable anon, don't worry about it. Practice makes perfect. :) How on earth did you find your way to this corner of the web though? I'm always so impressed when people go net surfing in their second language.
