Cooking for one blows!
After all this time of living out here in Texas by myself (roommate doesn't count, he's rarely around) I've still not gotten use to cooking for one. Tonight's yummy meal could have fed a family of 6! LOL Well looks like I have breakfast, lunch and dinner taken care of for the next few days.
Anyhoo, today was a pretty relaxing day for moi. I got to sleep in until around noon. :-) (woohoo for sleeping in) after this I went about a normal day of making breakfast and such. Later on I decided to see a movie (yes all by myself) The Lords of Dogtown. Wouldn't you know it? It's no longer playing in the theaters out here. Ahhh RATS! I was so looking forward to this movie! Growing up as a kid I had a HUGE crush on Tony Alva (woowoo!!) and remember a bit about Dogtown. Oh well since The Lords of Dogtown was no longer playing I decided to see Monster in law. I'm glad I did. I laughed so much and so hard in that movie. (I needed a good laugh)
