Welcome to Wednesday, everyone. As I mentioned yesterday, our office has been abnormally cold. i don't go to the grocery store without a list. i buy everything on sale if i can, and i don't let adam go unsupervised because he does what you do. "oOo this looks good..." "adam thats a $20 steak. no." (insert any bad food/expensive item in the $20 steak part and you'll have our trips to the grocery store)

See, listing doesn't help because I hit the same brain brick wall that I hit when wandering around a store. I just don't know what to buy or how to buy it and in what quantities. And don't get my started on the melons. Seriously, people hold them up to their ears and knock on them like they know what they're doing. Whatever. I don't buy it!

hehehehehe

well it helps to know what you want to eat and how long you want your food to last because then you can figure out how much you need. so say for example: you want your food to last for a week. You figure out what you want for lunches: do you bring sandwhiches? frozen lunches? do you buy your lunch? then you figure out what you want to cook for dinner - how much you'll need...that kind of stuff.

i don't buy too many vegetables but generally i know that bruises on stuff like tomatoes, oranges, etc...etc.. are bad.

/end heidi's lesson in domesticity #1. (whoda thunk hahahahaha)

Hahahaha I've done that in a grocery store. I went up to all the melons and thumped them. And then I walked away. WITHOUT MELONS.
