Outward Bound is a summer program for teens and I believe adults.
It is really tough.

I was in OBEE (Outward Bound Environmental Expedition) and I did it for 2 weeks.
I did sailing and rockclimbing for 2 weeks. (Really it was pretty much all sailing)

We slept on a 20 ft pull boat (I think it was 20) and pretty much that is where you spend most of your time.

No showers til you get back to the main island.
We had to pee off the side of the boat and to shit, we used what we call a headbucket.
Everyday we woke up around 5 or like 7 and had to jump in the ocean and that was pretty much how we cleaned ourselves.
You are forced to live with people you barely know and you are like always moving pratically.

If there was no wind to sail, we had to row like hardcore.

Really, yes it is extremely hard but it is worth it because you come out feeling like you accomplished a lot and you meet cool people and learn a lot of shit. Depending on the person you are, some people absolutely hate and some love it. I really did enjoy it because it made me a more confident person and I worked really hard physically and mentally. Its something to be proud of.

Thanks for stopping by.

interesting. yeah, that's probably something i wouldn't be able to survive doing because i dont consider myself strong willed at all. I would probably reach a point of giving up on the 2nd or 3rd day.

So congrats on finishing that.
