I'm sure I'll miss this weather in December

Things are looking up at Sideshows. Maybe it's just the luck of this one shift, but Jason actually didn't have anything negative to say about me. Not only that, he said that I did a "good job." Adam, the other manager that looks like a futuristic Keanu Reeves, says "good job" atleast twice a shift to me, but I've never heard those words out of ( Read more... )

i'm on jay and cam's side.

if he didn't want to live off campus, then he shouldn't gone to look at places with them, and he certainly shouldn't of paid a damage deposit.

But... you guys ended up with a house. I've been tossed around like that for housing, but it didn't result in everyone living where they wanted! I'm not saying it's right, I just don't think it sounds like that big of a deal.

also the big idear here is a two person place is cheaper then a 3 person place and that's the whole enchilada right there.

Well.. not necessarily. It's not like Jay and Cam now have to pay Nick's share of the rent. The price goes up, usually, because more people will be paying. It's usually between 500-700 for each person in Victoria.

Somehow this issue has resurrected Livejournal... so I guess that's good.

lol that's the point, two person place is like 900/month so they could have gotten a place for 450/month each probably if they looked early enough. and now they are probably paying around 600 im guessing because i saw the price of the place was 1800ish/month for 3. so 150x12=1800x2 = 3600 extra between the two for the 12 month lease. :(

I'd be a tad ticked off myself :(
but yes they don't have to pay his share of the rent since they find another person that is true.

and the all seeing eye is gracefully overwatching LJ and from time to time shall speak :)

They didn't have to take the place. They could also back out of it if they really wanted to. AND there aren't that many places under 500 a month for ANY amount of people living there. If they could find a 2-person place for 450, there's probably a 3-person place.
