Long Journey Complete
It was a rocky journey with an exciting end. We're finally here and settled in. I'm happy to say NY already feels like home, although I really wish I could have brought more of home with me. Mostly, a few people I should have smuggled out of Florida. Even though I really miss Florida, I know already I'll never move back. The culture up here is so amazing. Different nationalities aren't sectioned off into areas like they are in Florida...everyone is always moving around together. It took a few days to get used to the noise and no air conditioning, but this place couldn't be more perfect for us.
