As much as I love the Master, I had to go with Captain Jack Harkness. I loved how he was just a miserable con-man when he met the Doctor and by spending time with him and Rose he learned how to be a better person. Nine/Rose/Jack is my all-time favourite OT3 and I will never forget the look on Jack’s face when the Doctor left him behind. Even after being abandoned he still carried on helping people and protecting Earth as best he could, and I really admire him for that. So much pain and loss and yet he can still smile, fall in love and trust the Doctor with his life. <3
