Nervous
I'm at the computer centre now on campus. I was at the lovely Leddy library before it closed at 10pm. I will go study at CJAM now or somewhere in the CAW before I have to go home and wake Andrew up so he can go to his midnight shift.
I just need a few minutes before I go to CJAM, because this DJ, Slim Gene, as amazingly cool as he is, he makes me nervous when he talks to me in the CD library after his show ends at 10pm. I've studied there on a few Sunday nights before, and I just don't know what to say!
Last year, at the Jammies, when I saw him dressed in his usual rockabilly stylez, I was like "WHOOOOAAAA!!" because he was the eminence of the room from fashion sense alone! (huge blondish white hair, lots of hair product, black leather jacket, cuffed jeans, blue suede shoes, the whole bit with a smile!) Theresa used to tease me about him when we studied together in the CD library because she thought I liked him. I'm not so superficial!
I'm excited for the Jammies this year. I wonder where they will be. My show is up for "best alternative show." I've won before 2 years ago, but I think it was dishonest. Go and vote! I won't post the url here, because if you honestly listen to CJAM and/or my show, you'd know where to go!
