Your rough day was due to getting a parking ticket (that was successfully disputed).
Mine was trying to digest the fact that I've sought out disability support services and had my first appointment. It went well enough, but it also validates that the issues I have are considered to be disabling. I am considered as someone with a disability. I'm thankful that there is help available and hopeful that things will go in the right direction for me, but it's a lot to take in. I know this feeling will fade, but today that's what I've been dealing with (on top of my usual reality that sometimes in itself is enough to overwhelm me).
You're entitled to calling your day rough for any reason you choose, but I'll take your parking ticket any day over some of the things I experience...
