Notes: I watched the leaked pilot a week ago and this just… happened. The show was so shiny and fantastic (and you all should watch it and squee with me) and Cesare/Lucrezia became my new OTP, and thus: this idea was born. This is an AU set in 60’s America with Rodrigo Borgia the head of a multi-billion dollar company, his own financial empire he built from the ground up and he’s grooming Cesare to inherit it. Set in in the wealthy suburbs of New York, Cesare and Lucrezia grow up intertwined like vines, broken and edging towards something they can’t explain.
