more official
so, here's what the scoop on last night is:
i got off work early b/c it was really slow and Lindsay was the closing manager and she's the awesomes when it comes to that, so i got home at like, 9! Report was due at 11. So i worked on it. It got to 10.59 and i'm like "oh shit!" so i finish my sentance, and go to WebCT, to the Book Summary Drop Box and upload my paper then try to submit it and I get an error message "Book Summary Drop Not Available" and i look at my clock and it's exactly 11. FUCK! So i send it in an attatement via webct e-mail. a 1/2 hour later, the prof comes on and says that the book report will be extended till tomorrow morning, 10 a.m. So i'm like "YAY!" and I go back and try to upload my paper again, but the Drop Box is still labeld "Unavailible". So i e-mail the prof again saying this. I stayed up till 5 a.m. trying to stay awake till 8 to see if that was when he'd open up the box again, but that didn't work. So i went to sleep, woke up after 10, closer to 11, looked at the clock and said "Fuck, it's already closed" and go back to sleep until 1-ish. I wake up, take a shower, come online and find reply messages from my prof "You need to upload your report to the drop box like all other students." Me: Fuck. Not only that, but anyone who doesn't upload the report to the dropbox doesn't get any credit for the report at all! that's 1/10 of my grade down the drain, and i already didn't have a perfect score, so that's an automatic B, and with my lack of points in othe things, even if i get a perfect on the last PowerPoint assignment, that still only gets me to a 77. I'm very angry and very frustrated right now.
But here's what will (MAYBE) make things better:
1. I did finally get to sleep to my hearts (and body's) content last night
2. I took a shower
3. I'm going to the bank later to deposit my $235 paycheck (even though it should've been more [did i tell you bout that?])
4. With my tip money i'm going to the movie theatre and buying midnight tickets for Pirates of the Caribbean 2 to see with Nick.
5. I have off work today and Ashley doesn't, so i'm going to try and go visit her and give her some big-sister huggles.
