Adrian sits in the main room, writing in a little leatherbound book, quick scrawled lines in a large, loose hand. The letters are beginning to stray a bit, the lines not quite straight; his hands aren't so steady today, and for that matter, neither is he. He pauses, thinking, but then, his thoughts aren't terribly clear, either

*and cue an entering Jim -- that smell of smoke is present with him, too, and he flops (rather unsteadily) down next to Adrian* ...'Llo.

Hallo. *-- and of course, it doesn't take long to catch the scent, and he gives Jim a wry smile* You too?

Mmhm. *laughs a little, self-deprecatingly* It got t' be too much.

*sighs and moves closer, laying his head on Jim's shoulder* We're a mess, aren't we?

[vanekiller]

*finds Adrian's hand and squeezes it lightly* Rather. *but isn't going to move away from Adrian -- he can't really be bothered to care about propriety right now*

*Adrian is, to be honest, still a little high. Propriety hasn't really entered his mind* Sometimes I wonder if -- if it's worth it. Is that dreadful of me?

*nor has it entered Jim's, which explains the cheek kiss* 'f what's worth it? Sobriety?

*snuggles up to him a bit -- is clearly still rather hazy, or would be blushing like mad* Yes.

*they can be hazy and snuggly together, then!* Mmhm. Sometimes I do.

*may be nuzzling a bit -- whee, lowered inhibitions?* 'm not particularly looking forward to going through the whole mess again.

*if so, then is nuzzling back -- the typist would like to note that it would be really funny if they managed to morethansnog during this* ...Nor 'm I. *but let's forget about that right now, kisses are more important*

*mm, kissing -- and since drugs make Adrian less shy and because he still feels bad about Dorian, it's probably not so much kissing as snogging now. :D*

*well then, is certainly snogging back -- quite possibly with wandering hands. Lack of inhibition is fun!*

*even with lackofinhibition, that's a surprise -- not a bad one, but a surprise all the same, and it brings him back to himself just enough to realize they're in public* Jim? D'you think maybe we ought to go somewhere else? *blushing? where?*

*blinks a bit -- and there's a faint blush creeping up his cheeks, too* ..Prob'ly.

*glances around and then kisses him once more, quickly* Let's go, then.
