[ Sollux is wobbling a bit when he gets back to Casa del Strider, and though he'll say it's because he's FUCKING BLIND DUH ASSHOLE the fact is his little hatedate left him weak in the knees. And bloody in the face. God, he and Eridan clawed each other apart, that was so great.

It's not until he heads to his room and smells Dave's distress that he realizes he neglected to tell his other quadrant where he was going. The dopey grin falls off his face. ]

Dave? You okay?

[ Distress? Must be imagining things, brorail. Dave is as cool as midsummer's morn, as chill as the grave as he looks up- ]

[ And he's actually out of the bed in a flash as he nearly teleports over to Sollux's standing position. Holy fuck, this is the least cool thing ever. He looks Sollux once over, blood and cuts and everything and- ]
