CANON: Mass Effect
PERSONALITY: A somewhat broken ex-cop turned vigilante and para-military commando. He has a strong sense of justice and right and wrong, but tends to express it through killing criminals with extreme prejudice. Friendly enough, as long as you're not a threat to him or the crew. Snarky. Tends to be a bit more paranoids these days.
TYPE OF CR: Anything, really. Friends, enemies, anything to pull him out of his little shell.
NOTES: There's going to be a blow up at some point in the future involving the fall out from the Marker event way back when. Also, hallucinations.

I've been meaning to throw Thom at Garrus, because a) military and b) look, an alarming lack of xenophobia!

Plus now that there's a Spartan potentially shacking up over there it's probably a good operating policy to have a decent relationship with the Normandy crew that isn't. You know. Thane.

Generally, he patrols a section of the residential zone that Normandyhaus is in. He also occasionally goes out to one of the bars.
