Sonic doesn't hate robots. Most of the time, he doesn't really feel anything at them besides, well, he loves fighting them cause Sonic's an adrenaline nut. He knows most of them don't have free will, so he doesn't like, blame them or anything for the stuff they do in Robotnik's name. He's run across a couple that chose to rebel against Eggman and do their own thing, and he thinks that's pretty cool that they can decide what they do for themselves. Unless they turn out to be even worse than Eggman, which did happen once.
Guys like A.M. in specific really, really tweak him because he knows A.M. is infinitely exponentially smarter than he is, but he decides to use it just to torture and kill people. Besides stabbing someone right in front of his face, that's pretty much the quickest way to piss Sonic off ( ... )
