[ With the fall of darkness comes the familiar sound of sirens, but before they finish the station undergoes one final shutdown. All lights, all noises cease, and then the generators roar to life, building up to a fever pitch. The station comes back online, all systems running normally, and with the sunrise it will be as if nothing ever happened.
A video projection appears on the network devices. A familiar face for some, a humanoid synthetic with LED bright blue eyes and exposed gold wires patterning his skin. He sounds very tired but satisfied. ]
