That depends on an incredibly complex and chaotic series of variables. It could be a few months, or you could go through a teleporter and come out normal sometime in the next few minutes.

I can try to manipulate the transit from here, but that's also probably going to kill you.

Just keep going about your business, it'll wear off eventually.
