I was thinking along the lines of crane lifters or something, there must have been those at some point, to make those buildings, but that could work, too.

Of course, then I got an offer of attempted teleportation.

All of which points are void until the thing is safe to be in or around, and that will take a few more hours. [Not just any van. A very specific van.]

Yes, if the technology exists to create this place, surely something must be here to help you with removing it. And there are people whose own abilities can help, evidently.
