[Finding refuge in a place that isn't the outskirts of the junkyard, a troll is intent on immediately fiddling with her voice, typing in a frenzy in order to seek out those who know her. After having a few name trolls confirmed first hand, she cannot help but have her hopes high as she proceeds to address the network via text.]

Kanaya! You came back, too! [Nepeta has her face pressed up to the feed in excitement, as she is wont to do]

This has been a pawsitively wonderful week, oh my gosh. Oh, but this isn't a trial. I think it's kind of more a mistake?

[If anything, Nepeta's cheer was most certainly contagious. She'll sit calmly while watching the display, lips curling as she rests her chin upon her hand.]

Yes, I am certainly having something of a glorious return, even though I can't seem to relish it nearly as much as everyone else.

[She'll maintain the smile, however.] Oh? Why would you consider all this a mistake?

That's ok, I'm purretty sure that we'll be able to make just as nice memories as the ones from befur in no time. It's really easy to do here! [she beams, then sits back a little]

And it's a mistake because I'm purretty sure that the rip thing that brought us all here isn't supposed to have happened. We're all kind of waiting fur it to get fixed.

I would like that, Nepeta. Though really, prior to coming here, we've had a handful of memories before, right? It's not as though anything has changed since then-- [A pause.] Unless there have been two handfuls of developments that I have come to miss in my supposed absence.

[And another pause as she dwells on this. A thing that wasn't supposed to have happened? That sounds... familiar.] We seem to lack the luck in regards to time and space such as this.

Of course we've still got our memories from befur, but this place makes some purretty good ones on its own! You made us all purretty sparkly party outfits, did anyone tell you that? Things like that.

[she giggles a little] I know, right? It's a really annoying recurring purroblem fur us.

Well, any doubts I had as to whether or not that it was truly me that had been here before have certainly gone away. I have to wonder if anyone has kept said outfits around.

[And there's a faint amused chuckle at that.] One could say that it keeps happening.

I did! It's really cute, I liked it a lot. [plus she never needs to get a party outfit again. PRACTICALITY STRIKES AGAIN]

If only somebody had warned us!

Thank you. Even though I don't remember it, it's something I feel I should say. [What if she made you more party outfits for all occasions. What if that were a thing?]

It looks like we'll have to band together again in the meantime!

You're welcome! I think it's nice enough to count even if you didn't technically make it. [that would fill her with sads because Kanaya is her friend but she also isn't comfortable in nice clothes. dilemma.]

Of course! What kind of furiend would leave someone behind, purrticularly in a purrlace like this?

I am sure if it was made to the right degree that all my friends would take pleasure in wearing it, it would be good enough for me. At the same time, I doubt you have any reason to lie to me.

[Yeah, well. What if she knitted you kitty hats? All the kitty hats? What if they were kawaii??]

Certainly not a friend I would put too much faith in. Again, I know you are far from such things, Nepeta.

Exactly! So we've got nothing to look furward to except really fun times and pawsibly some adventures.
