He holds up a piece of paper with some kind of design on them, covered in English writing and writing that is not very Earth looking; other Cybertronians - all two of them - will know it as Decepticon writing.]

They are not quite finished yet, not perfected at least. However they are ready for you to take them through some test runs. Once I have the appropriate data from that, I can finish them - and make them match your suit, as I recall you specifying. And when Dug asks if you can fly, you will actually be able to. Everyone wins.
