[ There's a short burst of static before the video snaps on and into focus and begins recording a man in some intricate armor split between fiddling with the features and seemingly glancing around the area nervously. The user seems briefly startled by the full color of the video, stepping back, but he gets over it pretty quick at least. It's a pretty minor detail, considering everything else. ]

Ellie? Ellie? If you're getting this-- [ Yeahhh... He realizes quickly enough she's not getting this. ] Fuck! Not again... Hnnnh.

[ He paces, glancing around one more time. He lifts a hand, doing a small up and down motion with it, causing a brief glow and noise, and then he decides to address the video again. ]

Sacrosanct? Where is everyone? Look, I don't know what the hell is going on here and I need answers. I woke up in a giant fucking pile of trash this morning and I have no idea what the hell you want from me.

[ Not that he wasn't used to empty places, but usually it came with a lot more blood and bodies and screaming everywhere. He still had no idea he was a long way away from EarthGov though, and he realizes quickly enough he just announced his presence here-- oops. ]
