So, how much of this is true?

[Gibson really, really doesn't think he can handle actually talking right now, so he'll be sticking to text for a while.]

[Once he noticed the other conversations that Tron had, he knew this was coming.]

It is correct. Absent details.

[Oooh, blue font.]

Such as?

[He can't help it, he likes the color blue.]

Abraxas used as excuse to begin Purge. Removal of ISOs announced at first iteration of the 'updated' Game Grid. All ISO strongholds hit at roughly the same time as Bostrum. Arjia last to fall.

[He was there, and even if it doesn't help, he'll offer Gibson the niggling little details because he wants to know.]

[It's pretty--and Gibson is getting distracted by Anon's font. Not cool.]

Guess I did miss something good on the Game Grid, then.

Why Abraxas, though?

Mostly Clu denouncing the Creator.

[Though there's a long, long pause before he starts typing again. More bad news he didn't want to deliver, and he's knows it's bad because of how Radia reacted to it.]

Virus, designation: Abraxas formerly ISO, designation: Jalen

[Gibson's response is delayed, too. He'd respected Jalen, even if he didn't really agree with any of his ideas (and thought the Game Grid plan was possibly the stupidest idea he'd ever heard), and Gibson almost can't reconcile the idea of the Jalen he knew of with the crazy glitch who apparently infected him.]

But how? You can't reprogram ISOs.

[Anon's sorry he has to deliver the news.]

Recieved a corrupted disc mod from Clu. Clu suggested ISOs only need 'encouragement' to become viruses.

[Are you sensing a pattern? Clu Clu Clu Clu.]

[A wonderful pattern. :|]

And Abraxas didn't exactly prove him wrong, did he?

Given that Abraxas was his creation, I am not surprised.

[There's another pause, before he adds-]

I am sorry you had to learn this in this manner, Gibson.

Don't worry about it.

It would have been nice if you'd told me about it when we were having the conversation full of bad news, though.

I thought it would be too much all at once.

[He didn't want to heap tons of terrible news on his friend right after getting to the Space Station of Crazy.]

I'd have rather had it all at once, but hey, at least now I know.

[Gibson would also be one of those people who rip off their bandaids all at once, if he knew what bandaids were.]

If there is anything else you wish to know, I will answer as best I can.

[Just in case there's anything else he can clear up before someone says something.]

Did I miss anything in that summary up there?

(Or, if you want to look at it differently, did everything just completely fall apart after I derezzed?)

[He's... attempting to use sarcasm via text. At least that's probably a good sign?]

Your second statement is accurate.

[This is him trying to suggest he's happy to see the text-sarcasm.]

It is as you summarized, mostly.

Mostly? What did I miss?
