[This network post is very different from his last. It opens with Hardison, looking a little less pimp, just sort of staring at the camera.]

Man, seriously? Seriously?

Anyone know how long this computer hold grudges? Because, not gonna lie, this is getting straight up ridiculous.

[He looks up at the sky.]There's some crazy dog-dude with a sword ( Read more... )

No doubt Hypatia is very bored.

Have you considered donating blood? It is a simple way to earn a legitimate credit.

[Delta is not sure that question has any logical answer, for one who does not possess physical anatomy.]

Understood. There are extensive cavern systems in Garden Zone 11, if you are willing to "rough it"; otherwise, it is likely you can find lodging with others.

I would offer to share my own abode, but I do not think it is classified as "safe" for those without armor.

It's cool dude, I'd hate to crash with a guy I know from the internet.

I'll deal.

But why's your pad so rough? Piss off some raiding parties?

Negative. However, two of my housemates include a raptor and an alien who feeds on blood.

[Hardison has no idea what to say to that.]

That's rough, buddy.

[Well, what's there to say, really?]

I have recommended we move to a different location with tile flooring. Our carpet has lost sight of cleanliness.

[Hardison pauses and actually reaches out to try and pat you on the tiny shoulder, little bro. It doesn't work and is painfully awkward for a moment and he clears his throat.]

Yeah, I know how that goes.

Explosives are a bitch to get out of nice carpeting too.

[Delta really appreciates the gesture, though! His voice softens a little.]

You speak from personal experience?

Like you wouldn't believe.

[He just shakes his head and sighs.]

I really liked those offices.

I am sorry to hear it.

Perhaps you could use their memory as inspiration for new offices once it is possible to earn credits without incurring Hypatia's wrath?

Good idea, little green bro.

[New offices. He'd have to do another painting of Nate. You know, for tradition's sake.

Though, admittedly, his preferred method of earning cash would probably incur Hypatia's wrath indefinitely.]

I'll look into that. When it's done, man, you'll have to come by for the welcome party.

[A party?

This was the second time Delta had been invited to a party in as many weeks. Perhaps this place was good for him.]

I would be more than happy to do so.

[Delta's gonna be a frat hologram before he knows it, at this rate.]

Hells yes, that's what I'm talkin' about.

Good luck with the tile. Club soda and baking soda, man, I'm tellin' ya.

Indeed. There are also various non-toxic cleaning fluids available at nearby shopping centers.

[Can't use anything that would make Junior sick, of course.]
