Today was kew. Mom and I went to the mall to get a new shirt to match my pants from Urban Outfitters so I can wear them to the audition tomorrow. It took like three hours because I am incredibly picky with "casual/interview-like" clothes. But we got one.
Then we went to Barnes and Noble to pick out a monologue because I didn't have time to look for one in Ms. Arter's room Friday. So that took like only 45 minutes, suprisingly. I picked a serio-comic one, I like it, but it's like a page and a half. While we were looking through the books Marta, out of the blue, calls me and asks if I want to go to Jack's and meet up with her, Yuchen, and this other dude from HT because it's Yuchen's last day. I didn't have anything else planned, plus it was something to do, so I decided to go.
Yuchen wanted to go home because she had to study so me and Marta talked as her and the dude talked about serious subjects on the way to Columbia Ave. Marta is actual a pretty cool person, once you get to know her and talk to her. She isn't really loud and rambuncious as she is at school, she's kew. Then we said our fare-thee-well's to Yuchen and the dude and walked to my house to get money and a ride to the fair by Burger King.
The fair was okay. It seemed bigger than the last time I went. I saw that Pastor man that was at Carissa's church but didn't say hi because I'm shy like that. We also saw Kim Q, uhhh Stephanie (Pie), Jeanine, Claudia, and yeah. I saw Kyle, and laughed, gay ass pseudo-goth. I almost died on one ride because I was being suffocated, then one ride I shat, then I kicked ass in bumper cars. We only went on three because it was $12 for 15 tickets and all the good rides were 5 tickets each.
All in all it was a pretty radical day.
Now I really have to stop procrastinating memorizing the monologue because I need to have it perfect by 10:30 tomorrow morning. I'm going to JRP to see this casting director. Then mom and I will shop around in the city. Hollerrr.
