Kurt's a little bit spread out like a dog's breakfast right now, and shared between two journals, so I just thought I would make a reference post of all his currently (mostly) active verses with a brief description of who/what he is in each one. Further information on each verse can found at the games.

Beyond McKinley ★ beyondmckinley
A post-McKinley verse, Kurt has been living in New York for a few years since graduating high school. He is a up-coming fashion designer, attending the New York Institute of Technology in Fashion Design and has dabbled in acting as soap opera star. Currently married to Blaine after breaking up for a couple of years, with the couple going through some heartbreaking ordeals, most recent of which is Kurt's recent diagnosis with cancer, Stage III Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Ten years post McKinley, a school reunion verse. After graduating McKinley, all New Directions had a huge argument and fell out, going their separate ways. Kurt scored a place on Project Runway and won that season right out of school. It mapped his path to become one of the world's top fashion designers, but the success came at a price. Suffering undiagnosed clinical depression, Kurt fell into heavy hard drug use over the years, and the ordeal of the ten year McKinley reunion proved too much when he tried to take his own life after being reunited with the love of his life, rockstar, Blaine Anderson. Verse location is New York City.

Surrogacy verse, with Kurt and Blaine headed for parenthood. Kurt and Blaine moved to London when Blaine was awarded a scholarship to Oxford in England, but only after Blaine valiantly proposed to Kurt the night of their high school graduation. Their relationship has continued to be picture perfect, and on their five year anniversary, got a surprise when fag hag and old friend, Quinn Fabray, showed up on their doorstep and offered to have a baby by them. Kurt's a top class Wedding Planner, and a professional stylist in this verse.
From Lima To LA ★ fromlimatola
Token celebrity verse, based in Los Angeles/Hollywood. Kurt is an international supermodel, still dating Blaine, who is an actor in a medical drama playing a doctor. They live in Hollywood Hills, and some of their Lima friends followed for the ride/to attend college. Their relationship is still going strong, but Kurt is against marriage, while Blaine years for it. Contains typical celebrity glitz, flash, bells and whistles.
Glee College Days ★ gleecollegedays
College verse, set in New York City. Kurt moved to New York City with Puck, Quinn and Mike after graduating McKinley. NYADA was soon forgotten when he applied for much sought-after internship with Vogue magazine and won it, leading to him choosing to attend college to study Journalism as opposed to anything to do with performing. He adores his job, and is starting to get itchy feet on trying fashion design himself. But with Blaine arriving a year later to attend Med School, their time as a couple is already stretched. Kurt shares a big NYC house with Blaine, Puck, Quinn, Mike, Tina, Nick and Jeff in this verse and they're all either in their first or second years of college.
Always a Warbler ★ alwaysawarbler
This is a what-if Warblers/Dalton verse. Picks up after episode 2x20 "Prom Queen" and based on the notion of Kurt decided to go back to Dalton after the ordeal of prom. He washes his hands of Dalton and goes back to Dalton to be with Blaine. Only, in the process, Kurt manages to attract Mike and Puck to the shine of Dalton, and they both transfer too. Soon after, Finn, missing his brother and friends and pissed off at how Kurt got treated at McKinley wants to follow too, and with another violent encounter in the parking lot the night of the prom, Burt and Carole are 100% agreeable to it. Verse to explore the notion of what-if Kurt didn't really return to McKinley after all.
Growing Up Glee ★ growingupglee
Current canon verse, following the events of Season 3. All canon stands and this is just a verse to fill in the gaps of possible scenes/things that happen beyond the episode. Kurt doesn't veer from canon at all, he is just given more dimension here into my interpretation of his thought-process and what he gets up to off-screen.
Glee at Hogwarts ★ gleeathogwarts
Glee and Harry Potter cross-over verse. It is next-gen to the Potter kids. Kurt is Seventh Year pureblood Slytherin and Head Boy. He is the epitome of a rich bitch, very devious and sure of himself, living up to the Slytherin name. He created the first Hogwarts cheerleading Squad, the Cheerios, and his Head Cheerleader to train for cheering at Quidditch matches. Currently having a covert and secret affair with rival, Muggle-born Gryffindor prefect and Quidditch captain, Blaine Anderson after being at each other's throats since they arrived at Hogwarts.
Glee's Anatomy ★ gleesanatomy
Medical AU drama verse. Kurt is a Nurse Practitioner in Surgical and an Anesthesiologist, working at William McKinley General Hospital after a year secondment to work in New York City. Upon his return, he meets Trauma Surgeon, Blaine Anderson, who has just been working abroad in Africa for Doctors Without Borders. Unbeknownst to Kurt, Blaine has been admiring from afar, but his doctorly morals and ethics prevented him from hitting on Kurt. Soon, Blaine fell ill with malaria and Kurt was on hand to administer CPR, but only after Blaine had been hallucinating a sexual encounter with Kurt from the illness. The pair grow closer due to Blaine's ordeal, and now Blaine is fighting a moral battle as he finds himself falling hard for the colourful and kind-hearted Nurse Hummel. Set in Cleveland, Ohio.
