This is the worst thing ever. So many people have died and are going to die. This morning they are saying that the entire city could be submerged within hours. There are 20,000 people in the Superdome with no A/C and limited food or water. No power, no phones, the water all around the trapped people is undrinkable...it goes on and on.
I suggest that if you have any extra money, even just $5, you send it off to relief efforts. You can make donations at NFM, Hy-Vee, and First National Banks, or The American Red Cross website.
