Help!
Help please I'm trying to decide between two apartments. Here are the differences:
$555 security deposit, first month rent free. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. water, sewage, trash. washer/dryer, no dishwasher, large closet, and have access to the pool. Allowed to have one cat that is declawed, spayed or neutered, and has it's shots for a $120 security deposit bit no month to month payments. In apartment complex so have to deal with a lot of people, but have my own door. Kind of far from work.
$600 security deposit plus $600 for first month's rent. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. water, sewage, trash. washer/dryer, dishwasher. No allowed to have any pets. Only one other apartment across the hall, above a store. Great view of the city for fireworks. Close to work.
Which one would you choose?
