Update on my mom, grandfather, etc...
My mom is doing just fine, she has no more cancer according to doctors but they will keep an eye on her for the next year. My grandfather's surgery went well, the doctor's also told him he has no more cancer. The only issue is part of his ear is missing, he will have constructive surgery for that. Good news for both! The only bad news is cancer might be genetic, which means I might get it. At least I know to look out for signs.
Musikfest was great, good friends, music, and food is always a great combinaton. I took care of two cats and a chincilla the next weekend. Matt, Nick, and I went to Hagerstown, MD and the Ren Faire in Lancaster. On a sad note Keith and Lori's guinea pig Marley died, condelences to them. This past weekend I did a Habitat for Humanity in Harrisburg and attended a U2 tribute band concert. I'm teaching computer classes tomorrow and next Wednesday. This weekend I have to work and the next weekend after that will be Will and Amber's party, Steph and Jon will be here.
