But in San Francisco, Honduran crack dealers are housed and shipped back to their countries of origin at taxpayer expense in a half-assed, probably illegal scheme to flout immigration policy and prevent them from being deported by the feds, because deported people aren't allowed back in, and "it wasn't fair to bar them from ever becoming citizens."
Kill or coddle?
A sane middle ground would be nice.
