Wolfwood loev Tot, he thinks she is very sweet and nice to talk to. He would kick anyone who tormented her in the face, like a good uncle should. He would, in fact, even let himself be talked into a tea party. Maybe. He'd draw the line at wearing frilly hats but the tea part is quite okay.

Rick is not so much prejudiced against Egyptians as very highly suspicious of anyone claiming to be one. Which. Might be the same thing, but to his mind it is not. His wife is half Egyptian! He has known some lovely Egyptian people. He's just also known a lot of decaying immortal douchebags who keep making his life hell every ten years or so. And naturally the first time he met Yami Yuugi in camp, it was when Yuugi was telling everyone that he was a pharaoh. Not really the best first impression, because pharaohs come from Ye Olde Tymes which is also where Imhotep is from.

Malik he has less of a bias towards because he hasn't said he's a pharaoh. He's also not talked to him much or run into him while wearing lots of gold crowns, unlike Yami Yuugi (I may purposely only have him show up at the worst times, this is true). So to form an opinion on him, they must talk more.

In conclusion, we should do that Egyptian pile thing some time. For the lolz.

State of the Union re: the spoilers.

[Youhei is pretty zen with the fact that he's dead. He's less zen about the fact that he's a) alive again and b) has his jinki core back. Since Rena didn't say anything about Riku losing his, he's not quite sure what the bejesus is going on, but isn't going to question it a whole lot until he's worked out what camp is. That said, he likes being alive again! Death wasn't really part of his plan, it was just the most effective solution at the time. He didn't mind doing it, because he was doing it for someone he cared about. He IS glad that Riku killed him.

...he's glad he gets to see Rena again too, because he figured she would be upset about it - beyond just the partner's duty aspect too. So he's happy he got to explain, but he wasn't going to make any excuses either. It was his choice, and he'd do it again.]

I have been sitting here trying to think of an AU Himawari could be in, and the first thing that comes to mind (after vampires) is that horrible Lindsay Lohan movie 'Just My Luck'. The one where she has stupendous good luck then switches with a guy who has stupendous bad luck. I mean, I haven't seen it, but it seems like a good AU in which to insert Himawari. ...of course that movie's idea of bad luck is having the washing machine explode with lots of suds and bad hair days. And that would happen to... Doumeki? So you'd just have poker-faced Doumeki covered with washing machine bubbles. Awesome.

IN CONCLUSION ... we should play more so I have newer more interesting things to say ;;

FUNNY THING ABOUT NAKATSU - Wolfwood still has not made the connection that Nakatsu is normally older in camp. I... am not sure he's met him when he's older! If he has, he never got his name and/or he forgot. Plus the other time I clearly remember them talking, Wolfwood was deaged himself. So in this comedy of bad timing, he still thinks Nakatsu is a little boy somewhere in camp.

We should fix that sometime. orz.

I find this oddly hilarious. Also, yes, we do need to fix that. The bleached blonde hair probably doesn't help make the connection...
