Government Entities make me Angry!
Ok, so does this make sense? If you are online looking up the status of an application for a passport, all you need is the name, last four of the social and the DOB. However, if you call into the public office, you need the WHOLE social and no DOB!?!?!?!
So Basically, you check online to see if the public clerk of court has done their job for your fiance, because he works all day and you get paid to play on a computer, and they haven't done their job, so they tell you you can't ask, because it's not public record. But if I went on the website, and they HAD entered the information in, it would show the information with less information required.
I'm just ticked. It seems this happens everywhere these days. The internet is not secure....and because it's not secure, we have government people that envoke their right to keep things from you that you'd find out later anyway. It's a waste of time, and energy, and frankly, a poor smoke screen to prove that they are protecting an individual's information. THEY'RE NOT! Don't they get it? Apparently not.
Oh well, off to my Chirosmasher! LOVES!
