Nemesis & blackberries
I just took that Greek personality test that has been going around, and guess what I got? Nemesis. Hahaha, I have to admit I was not expecting that. I scored "99% higher than average" on everything, which I guess makes me pretty intense. But the goddess of punishment? Oh dear. The cat is out of the bag...
Another thing, I've meaning to share this meaningful excerpt from the Tao of Pooh with everyone for a while. Here it is:
"When you wake up in the morning, Pooh," said Piglet at last, "what's the first thing you say to yourself?"
"What's for breakfast?" said Pooh. "What do you say, Piglet?"
"I say, I wonder what's going to happen exciting today?" said Piglet.
Pooh nodded thoughtfully.
"It's the same thing," he said.
Ah, kindred spirits.
Right now I am eating a breakfast of maple cereal, fresh blackberries, and hot apple cider, and feeling a lot better after 13 hours of sleep. Still feel sort of feverish on and off, and am still sore and tired, but at least I'm feeling human...
It's only Sunday morning and alright it's been a really long weekend.
