I do believe other pharmacies are in the wrong for not carrying emergency contraception. The extra problem with places like Target and Walmart refusing this is that they are, in some cases, the only pharmacy for miles. Part of the reason its called emergency contraception is because you have to take it within a certain period of time for it be effective.
I think that people should have right to decide what kinds of contraception they use. So, yes, I think emergency contraception should be a right.
I think people should have the right to discriminate based on their religious belief unless it's a service that everyone should have access to, like homeless shelters. I, also, don't want to financially support a store that has a policy that allows employees to discriminate against me based on my sexual orientation.
I also I don't believe (despite what the US Supreme Court ruled) that corporations are individuals. I don't believe they should have "rights" in and of themselves. I believe the rights of human beings should outweigh those of corporations.
