ANYWHO!
So, it definitly looks like I am headed off to CNU.
I haven't sent in my answer or anything, but my choices are ODU and CNU - and the only thing calling my name from ODU is Josh. He is going there because he got a full-ride, which makes perfect sense... But there isn't anything for me at that school, and honestly it's waaaaayyyy too close. If it's possible for me to accidently run into my parents when I am just around the town near my school, then it's not the place for me. I want to live at least further than 10 minutes away. I mean, it's not like I am running out of here screaming to be released, but you know how it is.
And it's not like CNU is incredibly far away. It's only 45 minutes if the traffic is decent.
But about 3 hours if there is a tunnel problem.
I haven't gotten a letter from the music department, yet. That's the only thing I am worried about. It's not like I don't think I'll get in, but I dont want to get excited, and then not make it, and then not have a school to go to for music. I mean, that's my life - I'm not going to college for ANYTHING else. I got a big envelope from CNU about my housing contract, the orientation program, and my immunization things (blah). Not excited about shots.
On a non-college note, things are dandy. I mean, on a college note they are dandy too...but even my non-college thoughts are happy ones. I have a wonderful boyfriend, my grades are good, my lessons are going well, Workshop is this weekend ( :D! ) and I really can't wait to go to college!
And I really hope the Iranians don't kill us on April 9.
