I just heard the news today..
I have been loosing my shit all afternoon after hearing of Dr. Tiller's death. I am so frustrated and saddened by this loss. I really don't know what to do with myself right now. The hypocrisy is over-whelming, need I say why; a doctor who performs abortions was killed...
This hits so close to home, I'm crying inside for all the women who will need his help and won't be able to receive it.
This is a horrifying part of the world we live in today, people can kill each other if they disagree with what the other is doing.
What I want to know is how a person can call themselves "pro-life" and be ok with this act, not only that but the death penalty and war. People call these just causes because their religion (usually Christianity) gives them just cause to make it OK. but Christianity is just belief, not law, and Church and state should stay separate, so how do the two get intertwined? even the founding fathers had stated that it should NOT be part of the government, and they wrote the original laws!
I'm sick of christanity running the country where 16% of the population do not believe in god. Isn't the government supposed to represent the country??
