Don't mean to bother, but you should know that the indication that the DST in effect is not reflected by the table, for example in Rome it will be 17:30, not 16:30.

Yes, I was wondering about this. I was under the impression that it would be an hour later than the timezone chart says so. *is confused*

I'm telling you the same thing I told immano :P

no, in rome it will be 16:30 if I'm not mistaken because Portugal has the daylight saving time too and that chart is fixed on Lisbon time not Greenwich.

I know it says greenwich on the instructions and I admit I forgot about the DST but the chart is correct I think because of the Lisbon thing.

but right now I'm not so sure anymore so let's just follow the chart , it will be less complicated for all.

because if not, here would be 16:30 and not 15 :30, I should have said Lisbon time or at least talked about daylight saving time.. well.. let's just follow the chart :P

Logic dictates that one should add or subtract as many hours from the GMT time as the timezones it's afar from it. Then, if DST is in effect, either add or subtract one further hour depending on how DST works in there. Here, it is added.

thank you:)

I'm sick right now and can't think straight. changing it all and tell people about DST would just be hell and complicate the whole thing:)

it was my mistake but it's too late to fix it I guess
but lisbon adds one hour DST too so the chart is correct I believe (by lisbon time and not Greenwich)
