(no subject)
I have a lot of homework and it's cold....that's a lovely combination, isn't it?
This week went by quickly....but it was absolutely exhausting and draining with several midterms (but, alas, the fun still has to continue this upcoming week!!).....and just lots of work in general. I had class all day today and since I'll be working all day tomorrow, I stayed home and I've been doing work all evening...I'm pretty exhausted. I'm struggling staying awake right now! And I have to wake up early tomorrow. BLAH.
I hate how I am stressing over grades for classes that "don't matter." I mean, my acting grades matter.....A good grade in acting means I'm doing well and I'm hopefully a decent actor lol....A good grade in Scene and Lighting isn't going to indicate one way or the other if I'll make it on Broadway.....so why do I care SOOO much? I think my over-achiever side is coming through haha. I guess the spelling bee quote works for me, "Winning is a job and I get no real enjoyment."
Yeah, so tomorrow is open house and I'm working at that....woo hoo...and then in the evening Didi and I are seeing "Private Wars and Laundry and Bourbon," 2 one-acts that UArts is putting on. Sunday is piano and voice practicing....and finishing all the other crap I have to do. I read outloud to my mom my Survey questions and her response was, "I'm glad I'm not in this class....." haha thanks was my response lol
Oh yeah and Spelling Bee was amazing in Philly, but not as good as NYC.
And I'm uber pissed about Project Runway...how can good things happen to bad people?? ARGH.
i'm sleepy......yawn
