Updates and a link to RenFaire picts!
Dude - I'm wearing a snood.
Right now - in my living room.
I bought a great, bright navy blue, 'snood' (a knitted, elasticy, hair-holding, cap thingy) at Faire this past weekend, and not only does it match my Faire outfit perfectly, but it's actually really useful just to use whenever... like when it's really freakin' humid and I keep getting tempted to lop-off my hair in search of cooler conditions.
While at the NYState RenFaire, I also bought ::
~ a green leather pouch for my belt, that has a tree design on the silver button
~ blue & red wax for letter seals, along with a thistle design metal seal
~ a short wood sword from Hollow Earth Sword Works, and a belt loop holster for it
~ the second "Three Pints Shy" CD - Another Long Dangerous Year - and got it signed by 4 of the guys! ( although I don't own their 1st CD yet, unfortuneatly)

~ a rose for Kim, a rose for Brian, and a rose for Guybrush Threepwood (aka Tim) of Three Pints Shy (we somehow manged to keep following each other around Faire all weekend, ha, it was great & a continuous joke)
~ the bright navy blue snood!
~ a round of 10 arrows at the archery range, that Nate & I shared
~ A TURKEY LEG! W00T!!!
~ ... and prolly some other little itemized stuff I can't recall, ha ;)
OH - and I got sized for a formal 2-piece dress kilt (includes skirt & sash), in my family tartan colors (Davidson clan), so that I can get it ordered when I get the money (~$425) ... I'm hoping to get it before Christmas, so that I can wear it and surprise my Grandfather when he makes his traditional appearance in his kilt, hehe
In other news, I posted half the RenFaire weekend adventure picts as a Facebook album (for you non-MySpacer folks ;) ) and I'll work on getting the rest posted into it tomorrow.

I got home safe on the bus, back into PA, at about 7am Tuesday morning. It was a long ride to & from Chester, NY, but so completely, totally worth it. GREAT WEEKEND. Yet again. ;D

In other other news, I've stayed a consistent 134 lbs for the last couple of weeks! And I feel great! w00t!!! Doc appointment check-up says I'm good, too.
