Verizon lady (far to chipper to have even fkng heard that I'm irritated) :: Well I'm sorry for blah blah blah blahblah etc. etc. pay your bill today?
M :: YES, I will blah blah *click* ....grr....zzzzzzz....

So yeah. Got the damn bill paid, thank you very much. Don't call me before 10AM - ever.
