Wednesday ::
w00t! I recieved, in the post mail, my new webcomic paperback edition of Least I Could Do :: Book 4 :: "I Love This Guy", signed and ready to read :D AND the Bra Man comic I had ordered from Blind Ferret Entertainment, as well :D
(Adding to my shot glasses, shirts, plushies, and other signed books, I'm well on my way to owning the entire BF line of LICD stuff, lolol.)

Thursday ::
squeeeeeeeeeeee! Home & cozy in my apt. on my day off from work, with all the world outside being snowy & icy, I received, in the post mail, the mystery package from JCPenny's who's arrival had been foretold to me by my aunt. Under instruction to open it upon arrival, I enthusiastically did so, .... and was utterly surprised & delighted to find that I had been gifted a new "KitchenAid" brand electric mixer!!!!! :D One of the small-ish, hand-held kind, with 2 beaters....
sorta looks like this =D____ when you sit it on the counter.
DUDE OMG I"M SOOOOOOOOOOOO THRILLED, you have no idea!!!!!! :D
Now I can make cookies FASTER! Better! MORE!!!!! lololol hahhahaa
I also, for the first time ever, fiiiiiiiiiinally used my cute & sexxy little light-blue "Kenmore" brand sewing machine, that I was given for my birth day, a year & a half ago :P
Knowing that my boyfriend Sean might be coming up to visit this weekend, {and I can post this now, 'cause he IS driving here, as I type this, so this post won't ruin the surprise for him} , I put-off making cookies in order to sew my first machine-sewn stuff:: I made myself & Sean each a snazzy-cool Christmas stocking!!! :D They look soooo awesome!!! They both are hanging from magnets on the 'fridge front right now, for lack of a mantle or other good spot yet, ha. I actually made a third one, as a "guest" stocking that I can have for the future, so that -at present- my roomie BrianC can have one to use in the likely event he doesn't get home to Long Island for the holiday. Plus!!! I made a little stocking for Brian's new Great Pyr. pupper, Puck, so he can get treats, too.
Sean is hoping to come up next weekend, as well, the weekend of Dec. 22 and just before Christmas, as I won't be seeing my own family or really getting to do anything on the actual holiday :P .... Hence, the making of the stockings, so we can have our own little Christmas :)
I can't really afford gifts this year for anyone, either, so I'm trying to get a couple little things made, at least, and then get my cards written & sent to everyone. Sean has requested a "poster sized" piece of custom artwork as his gift from me, so I need to get crackin' on that :P I'm stuck, as yet, on what I should draw.... I'm thinkin' maybe a fun Gambit & Rogue thing, but as a starting place, Sean's comic super people Top 5 are ::
1) the Hulk
2) the Green Lantern
3) Gambit/ Remy LeBeau (X-Men)
4) Deadpool
5) Cyclops/ Scott Summers (X-Men)
..... It's a place to start, at least :)
If curious, I would have to prolly say that my own Top 5 comic super people are prolly (off the top of my head, so being classic-fave defaults) ::
1) Superman/ Kal-El/ Clark Kent
2) Phoenix/ Jean Grey (X-Men)
3) Cyclops/ Scott Summers (X-Men)
4) Angel/ Warren Worthington III (X-Men)
5) Rogue (X-Men)
(... can you tell which saga-series I read most as a teen?? lol. yeah... not a lot of variety there.)
SEAN IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8:05PM :D
