E-Excuse me, this is an emergency! My partner just reappeared in this world, and she's not concsious. She's barely breathing, I need medical attention for her, as soon as possible! We're in .. oh, where are we, where are we ...

The D-Reader, it should be able to realize some water.

Can you get her temperature? Is she visibly injured?

O-Oh, right ... sorry, just ... panicking. A lot.

[ sound of Tsu taking a breath. ]

She's not visibly injured, but she's barely breathing. Her temperature is pretty high ... but I don't know if I can get an accurate feel, seeing as her skin and mine are pretty different.

Good enough.

Dampen something and put it on her forehead, get her temperature down. Put something under her head AND her feet.
